Community Reps · Now forming in Fulton County, GA
Help local families stop overpaying on their property taxes. It's seasonal work on your own schedule, and we train you for free — no legal background needed.
“You don't have to be a lawyer or a tax pro to do this. You have to be someone who'll show up for the family down the street — and we'll pay you for it.”
Danny Greene · Founder · Meet Danny
Why this work
You're not delivering packages. You're standing up for your neighbors and helping families keep more of what's theirs.
Hearings are short, seasonal, and done from your laptop. Take the cases that fit your life — a 15-minute video hearing while the kids are at school, a few a week, or a season off. It's up to you.
We train you for free and hand you a ready-built evidence package for every case. Your job is to show up prepared and present it. Hearings happen over video, so a reliable internet connection is a must.
How you earn
The work follows the county calendar: refer neighbors while appeals are open, then represent them once hearings begin. Most reps do all three.

Referring certifies fast; Representing asks for a more rigorous certification — and you've got the months between seasons to earn it.
We'll walk you through exactly what each one pays when you join a training.

What it takes
18 or older, with no legal or tax background required. If you can follow a clear presentation and speak up for someone else, you can do this — retirees, parents, and community organizers all make great reps.
A reliable internet connection and a quiet place for video calls. Training and hearings both happen online.
A photo ID and a quick background check — the same kind rideshare platforms run. It protects the families you serve, and you.
This is paid, seasonal work — meaningful supplemental income, not a full-time salary.
Your path to certified
A live online session on how appeals work, how to present a case, and how the hearing goes. Open to anyone — come as you are.
Record a couple of short videos showing you can present a case and explain the program. We review them and certify you.
A quick identity and background screen — the same kind of check rideshare platforms run — because you'll be helping real families before a county board.
Sign a simple independent-contractor agreement and you're a certified rep. Shadow a few hearings first if you'd like — encouraged, not required.
Questions
As much or as little as you want. Hearings are short and seasonal, and you choose how many cases you take — a few a week, or a season off.
Short — usually 15 to 20 minutes. You present a prepared evidence package to a local county board. We give you the package and walk you through how it goes.
Either. Many reps start by referring neighbors and add hearings later. Most end up doing both.
Seasonally, a few weeks before hearings. Join the list and we'll tell you the moment the next one opens.
Independent contractor. You set your own schedule, take the cases you want, and work on your terms.
Tell me when the next free training opens — and I'll send you the details the moment it's scheduled.
