SMS Disclosure
ABOUT OUR TEXT MESSAGES
Jasmine Lane sends and receives text messages from (470) 441-4457, our Atlanta customer-service line. Some of these are automated service messages about your case — like a confirmation when you sign up, or a notice that we've filed your appeal — and others are one-to-one replies from our team. We text only about your own property-tax matter: there is no marketing or promotional program, and we don't send high-volume or bulk campaigns.
You'll only hear from us by text if you give us your mobile number and check the SMS box during signup at jasminelane.app/start, or if you text us first. We use SMS only for service and support related to saving you money on your residential property taxes — appeals and exemption filings are the mechanisms beneath that. We do not sell phone numbers, and we do not send marketing texts.
WHAT WE MIGHT TEXT YOU ABOUT
If you opt in, our team may text you about things like:
- Signup and authorization — a link to review and sign your authorization for the County Board of Tax Assessors.
- The status of your matter — for example, that your appeal was filed, or that a hearing has been scheduled.
- Reminders — an occasional heads-up tied to your appeal (you don't need to attend hearings; we represent you).
- Support replies — when you text us a question, a person on our team replies.
Message frequency varies — we text as your case needs it, and these are event-driven, not a recurring marketing campaign. Email remains our primary channel.
HOW TO OPT IN
Opting in is a single, pre-unchecked box labeled "Receive Jasmine Lane updates via SMS," directly below the phone-number field on Step 2 of signup at jasminelane.app/start. Checking it is your affirmative consent, and it's separate from accepting our Service Agreement, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy (confirmed on a later step). You can also just text us at (470) 441-4457.
Texting with us is not a condition of using Jasmine Lane — you can decline and still use Jasmine Lane by email.
HOW TO OPT OUT
Reply any of these keywords to any message and we'll stop texting you:
STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE
You'll receive a single confirmation message and no further texts from us. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your appeal — we'll continue to contact you by email.

CARRIER RATES AND DELIVERY
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier. Jasmine Lane is not liable for delays, errors, or non-delivery caused by your carrier or by a third-party service provider.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
PRIVACY AND TERMS
Your phone number and the content of your messages with us are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see Section 4) and our Terms of Service. We do not share or sell your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
