For organizations

The analysis you need.
The programs to act on it.

Jasmine Lane is a data team that works at county scale and a practitioner that turns findings into programs on the ground — capacity legal aid attorneys, housing advocates, researchers, and funders rarely have in-house.

County-scale data analysis

We assemble complete county tax rolls from public records and answer the questions your work raises: who’s missing an exemption, where over-assessment concentrates, how a policy change would land before it passes.

Published research

Our public research series examines who gets over-assessed and why, methodology documented and open to scrutiny. We co-author with partner organizations whose advocacy needs numbers behind it.

Programs on the ground

We build and run the intervention the analysis points to: sponsor-funded appeals, consultation reports for community workshops, hearing representation. If your research says a tool should exist, we can build it.

How we work with organizations

Aggregate findings, never lists. Organizations receive aggregate analysis and documented methodology — rates, dollars, geographies, patterns. Individual homeowners' records don't change hands in either direction.

Honest conclusions. Our scoring engine produces an opinion of value, grounded in assessor-validated comparable sales — and we label it that way. When the evidence doesn't support an appeal, we say so, to partners and homeowners alike.

Claims sized to the data. We speak to what our records cover — not beyond it. Every published finding carries its method and its caveats.
