Partner Program Terms

Welcome to the Jasmine Lane Partner Program. This page explains what we commit to, what we ask of you, and how the program works. By checking the box at signup, you agree to these terms.

Who this program is for. Jasmine Lane partners are professionals with existing homeowner relationships — realtors, mortgage lenders, credit union staff, CPAs, insurance agents, estate attorneys, financial planners, and HOA managers — who want to share Jasmine Lane with their clients or members.

What we commit to.

• A personalized partner link (jasminelane.app/partner/yourname) you can share however you want — and visitors who click it land on our homepage greeted in your name
• Access to our full partner kit (currently 11 Canva-based assets, expanded over time)
• A real-time email when one of your referrals signs up, plus a monthly summary as cases progress (signups, filings, hearings, wins)

What we ask of you.

• Represent yourself accurately. When you tell us you're a realtor at Compass, we take your word for it — don't abuse that trust.
• Don't make claims we don't make. We promise homeowners a free check and a contingency-fee appeal. We don't promise guaranteed savings or specific outcomes. Please don't either.
• Share, don't spam. Our materials are for your network — past clients, members, contacts, followers. Don't buy lists, don't buy clicks, don't mass-distribute through channels you don't personally control.

How compensation works. It doesn't. This is a referral program, not an affiliate program. Partners don't receive commission, fees, or bonuses. The value you get from participating is the relationship you build with your own clients by helping them — not a cut of our revenue. Community Impact Partnership sponsors operate under a separate agreement with separate terms.

What this isn't. You're not an employee, contractor, or agent of Jasmine Lane. You have no authority to bind Jasmine Lane to anything, make legal representations on our behalf, or negotiate terms with our customers.

Removal and leaving the program. We can pause or revoke partner status at our discretion — for example, if we see misrepresentation or spam. You can leave anytime by emailing us; your partner link will be deactivated and you'll stop receiving program communications.

Data and privacy. The only data we collect about you is what you provide on the signup form. When someone signs up via your link, we'll share their name and the date they signed up so you can follow up — but never their address, contact information, or savings details. Aggregate program data (your total signups, filings, wins) shows up in your monthly summary. Our main Privacy Policy applies to all use of our services.

Changes to this program. We may update these terms as the program evolves. If we make substantive changes, we'll email active partners at least 14 days before they take effect.
