Earn $50.
When someone signs up through your link and we file their appeal, you earn $50. One payout per home. We pay monthly.
No cap on how many you can refer, and no cost to join — this is a paid pilot we're running with a small group of Fulton referrers this season.

Tell people what we actually do: a free property check, and an appeal where the homeowner pays only if they save money. Don't promise savings or specific outcomes.
Share, don't spam.
Text or email only people you personally know. No bought lists, no unsolicited bulk messages — that's a hard rule, and it's the law (TCPA/CAN-SPAM).
Your own home doesn't count.
Use Jasmine Lane for your own property — we'd love that — but it doesn't earn a referral fee. Neither does a home someone in your household owns.

How much do I earn, and when?
$50 for every qualified signup — someone who reaches us through your link, signs up, and whose appeal we file. We pay monthly. There's no cap on how many you can refer.
What does it cost me?
Nothing, ever. There's no fee to join and no cost to you. Homeowners pay nothing upfront either — Jasmine Lane only gets paid if we lower their bill.
What counts as a qualified signup?
Three things have to be true: the homeowner reached us through your link, they completed a paid signup, and we accepted their case and filed the appeal. If we can't make a strong case, we refund them — and no fee is earned on that one.
Do I need a license or any background?
No. You're referring, not representing. If you know Fulton County homeowners who might be paying too much, you can do this.
When should I share it?
Now. Fulton's appeal window is open, and homeowners have until late July to file — so the sooner you share, the more neighbors you can help before it closes.
